Associate and Executive Assistant to the Senior Partner

Opandoh is a professional with an accumulated experience of over 12 years across multiple sectors – Law, Human Resource & Administration, Health & Safety, Oil & Gas Operations, Education, Marketing Communications, Extension Services and NGO Operations.

Called to the Ghana Bar in October, 2024, Isaac begun his career in law as a pupil and later, an associate with Adjekum & Co. PRUC. Prior to that he interned with Faibille & Faibille and the Legal Department of the Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation Limited Company (now BOSTenergies). He joined Africa Legal Associates in June, 2025.

As a lawyer, Opandoh is keen on finding lasting solutions to the complexities that confront his clients, within the remit of the law and practice. He has been involved in various fields of law, since he began his practice, including Corporate and Commercial Law, Family Law, Property Law, Taxation and Succession.

As an Executive Assistant to the Senior Partner, Isaac brings aboard over five (5) years’ experience of working closely with top executives in various fields. At ALA, he works closely with the Senior Partner providing the necessary office and administrative support, legal practice assistance, calendar and visitor management support, stakeholder management, among other critical roles.

An alumnus of Ghana National College in Cape Coast, Opandoh holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Work and an MPhil. in Sociology from KNUST, and an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH (UK). He is an active member of the Ghana Bar Association,Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana, HR Network Africa, Africa Law Network and the Ghana Tour Club.
