Labour lawyer and partner in charge of the Barcelona office. He has more than 23 years of professional experience in labour law advice, focusing his services on national and international companies, in all types of sectors and industries.

His main areas of expertise within the field of labour law are focused on strategic and ongoing advice in the field of labour relations to all types of companies and business organisations, in litigation, in collective matters (restructuring and collective bargaining), in labour audits and in international mobility:

- Ongoing labour law advice: for both private and public sector entities in all areas of labour and social security law.

- Litigation: legal assistance in labour and contentious-administrative labour and social security proceedings. Collaboration and, where appropriate, legal management, preparation and assistance in labour and social security proceedings in all instances (labour courts, High Courts of Justice, the National High Court and the Supreme Court).

- Restructuring: collective dismissals, temporary collective suspensions of employment contracts and/or reductions in working hours and labour reorganisations deriving from sale and purchase processes, mergers, spin-offs or segregation.

- Collective bargaining: advice on collective bargaining agreements, extra-statutory agreements or pacts, internal flexibility mechanisms and other collective matters (company policies, equality plans, etc.).

- Labour audits: review of labour and social security aspects.

- International mobility: specialised advice in situations of international expatriation of employees and executives.
