Mathieu Bui
Mathieu Bui
Mathieu Bui leads the IP / IT / Data department with Pascal Lê Dai. Mathieu started out as a Legal & Business Affairs, working for majors in the music recording industry, and has developed strong legal and operational expertise in sectors undergoing digital transformation. Member of the Paris Bar since 2014, he was an associate in an international business law firm in Paris, before setting up his own individual structure in 2022, focusing on digital entrepreneurs both in France and internationally. Mathieu advises founders and fast-growing companies in the digital sector (video game and software publishers, streaming platforms and e-health players) throughout their development, - as well as influencers/content creators, providing cutting-edge expertise in digital law, data protection and contract law, both in consulting and litigation. Finally, Mathieu has developed a well-established practice in image rights, privacy rights (cyber-harassment, data piracy) and e-reputation (defamation, insult, right of reply). Mathieu is also deeply involved in innovation and the transformation of the legal profession and is a member of the Paris Bar Incubator. He is also involved in the France Esports association and teaches intellectual property and personal data protection law at various institutions. He holds a Master 2 in e-commerce law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M  in European Private Law from the Universiteit van Amsterdam.

Alice Delamarre has been working with Marie-Alice Jourde since 2007. She joined jasper avocats in 2020 when the Labor Law Department was created and has been a partner since January 1, 2023. Alice advises and assists French and foreign companies and groups of companies, both in consulting and in litigation, on all aspects of labor and social security law. She has acquired a solid experience in social audits and restructurings. She advises clients in the day-to-day management of their individual and collective labor relations. Alice has developed a significant expertise in the press, audiovisual and entertainment sectors.
Solenn Grall
Solenn Grall
Solenn Grall leads the firm's practice dedicated to the associative and foundation sector. She advises and represents numerous non-profit organizations in court. Before joining the firm, Solenn worked for seven years at the French Committee for the United Nations Children's Fund. Since then, she has acquired a real expertise in the field of donations (legacies, gifts and life insurance) granted to non-profit organizations. She also worked for several years in the Health/Life Sciences team, where she was involved in health law and personal injury compensation, before civil, administrative and criminal courts.

Marie-Alice Jourde
Marie-Alice Jourde leads the Labor and Social Security Law Department with Frédéric Sicard and Alice Delamarre. She holds certificates of specialization in labor law, social security law and social protection law. She has developed a recognized expertise in labor law in complex collective and individual litigation in front of social courts. Marie Alice Jourde also advises companies on strategic options in labor law, as well as executives and senior managers on their status, compensation and career development.
Jean-François Laigneau
Jean-François Laigneau
Jean-François has developed significant expertise, both in consulting and in litigation, in health products law, research and healthcare regulations. His expertise also extends to compliance, artificial intelligence, medical liability and product liability, as well as in the field of e-health. He also has solid experience in complex criminal proceedings, particularly in the healthcare sector. Finally, he enriches the team's areas of activity with his well-established practice of sale and acquisition operations, both in the health products sector and in the clinics, health centers and EHPAD (nursing homes) sector. He publishes mainly on the legal qualification of health products, clinical trials and doping. While working as a lawyer, he has been a member of ethical committee since 2006, where he regularly examines research protocols involving the human being. Jean-François holds a degree in English (University of Paris IV Sorbonne).

Pascal Lê Dai leads the IP / IT / Data department with Mathieu Bui. He specializes in intellectual and industrial property and digital law. He assists French and international companies in the development and defense of their intangible assets (trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights, databases...). His expertise also includes assisting clients in their commercial relations, both in the implementation of contracts and in the resolution of disputes. After several years with the English law firm Eversheds, Pascal joined Vatier law firm as a partner in 2013, before co-founding jasper avocats in 2019. Used to working in an international environment, Pascal is responsible for the firm's activities related to Asia, and particularly Vietnam.

Céline Roquelle-Meyer leads the Health/Life Sciences team alongside Olivier Saumon and Jean-François Laigneau. She has developed a recognized expertise in the field of medical biology and especially in governance structures, professionals’ associations of medical biology professionals, the restructuring of their companies, and the negotiation and drafting of professional practice contracts. Céline has extended her activities to the pharmaceutical and medical professions as well as to the medico-social sector. She regularly acts in medical liability cases for compensation funds. She also has an extensive practice in the fields of e-health and disciplinary law for health professionals. She also intervenes in conflicts between partners, both in their prevention and in their judicial settlement.
Olivier Saumon
Olivier Saumon
Olivier Saumon created the department and recruited the firm's Health / Life Sciences team, which he leads with Céline Roquelle-Meyer and Jean-François Laigneau. Whether in litigation, consulting or negotiation, he has a recognized practice in pharmaceutical law, health product regulation, private sector health institutions and associations in the medico-social sector, biotechnology and food safety. His knowledge of the qualification of health products and of the legislation governing the sale of medicines on the Internet makes him a particularly recognized player in this field. His experience ranges from French and EU distribution law of health and medical products to liability for defective products. He is always on the lookout for new technologies and works with the IP / IT / Data team on e-health matters. He has developed a taste for rhetoric and defense in front of criminal courts since the early years of his professional practice. This has allowed him to have a strong practice of pleading that he now puts at the service of his clients in the health field.

Frédéric Sicard
Frédéric Sicard created the Labor Law and Social Security Law Department with Marie-Alice Jourde.. They have been working together for 10 years in these fields where, thanks to their extensive experience, they have acquired a high reputation. He now runs it with Marie-Alice Jourde and Alice Delamarre. Frédéric Sicard holds two certificates of specialization in labor law in which he practices: labor law and social security law. He is equally involved in consulting and litigation, where his expertise is well known. His knowledge of workplace health issues in correlation with their impact on social security or civil and criminal liability completes his traditional fields of activity. Frédéric welcomes each of his clients with a deep sense of humanity, a personalized commitment and adapted legal solutions. His investment and his election as President of the Paris Bar Association allow him to be informed and involved in the latest normative developments. Frédéric Sicard has taught labor law at the universities of Paris I, Paris II and Paris X.
