She holds an LL.M. in Labour and Social Security Law and an LL.M. in Corporate Law and International Business from the Graduate School of the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno (UAGRM), with a specialization in strategic legal advisory for companies in labour, corporate and business structuring matters.

Her additional qualifications include a Diploma in Franchising and a Diploma in Notarial Law, supporting her experience in franchise structuring, trademark licensing, corporate contract design, corporate reorganizations and the legal formalization of commercial operations.

She is a Partner at Ratio Legis, where she leads the corporate and labour practice, advising national and international companies on labour restructuring, regulatory compliance, business expansion, franchise structuring and corporate asset protection.

In the academic field, she serves as a university lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Labour Law, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance. She is also an international speaker, participating in conferences, seminars and specialized forums on salary increases, seniority benefits, corporate restructuring, franchising and business expansion models.

She has held institutional leadership roles and participated in boards and strategic committees, promoting collaboration between academia and the business sector through inter-institutional agreements and executive training programmes.

Her professional practice is distinguished by a strategic and business-oriented legal approach, focused on corporate sustainability, legal risk mitigation and the efficient structuring of business operations.
