Ishita Jain is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at the firm and an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. With nearly a decade of extensive experience, Ishita is a seasoned legal professional with strategic acumen and in-depth understanding of complex legal disputes.
Her practice spans across litigation, arbitration, insolvency, regulatory, and white-collar crime. She has represented a wide array of clients encompassing industries such as infrastructure, pharmaceutical, food, finance, telecom, and energy. Beyond her core expertise, Ishita also advises and acts in matters involving real estate, consumer protection, debt recovery, and intellectual property rights (IPR) disputes.
Education
Ishita completed her graduation in B.A. LLB (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Delhi, GGSIPU in 2015. Subsequently, she has completed her Master’s in Law from University School of Law and Legal Studies in 2018.
