Shivam Sinha has approximately 12 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector. He regularly practices before various dispute resolution and regulatory forums across India. He is experienced in pre-dispute advisory, commercial litigation, project development, regulatory and commercial advisory.

He has successfully represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, multiple State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, and other regulatory bodies. He has also been involved in various commercial arbitrations.

Shivam completed his graduation from O.P. Jindal Global Law School in 2014.
