Naomi is a commercial lawyer and mediator, with over 20 years' experience specialising in telecoms and IT.

Naomi's particular expertise is in drafting and negotiating complex IT and telecoms services and infrastructure agreements. As an IMI certified mediator, she specialises in a transformative approach to conflict resolution, helping parties search for ways not only to resolve their dispute but to transform their relationships. Clients appreciate her broad experience and collaborative style in both mediation and negotiations.

Naomi's legal career started at Coudert Brothers in 1995, where she gained substantial experience in telecoms / satellite law.

Naomi went on to spend ten years at Allen & Overy, specialising in telecoms, IT and commercial contracting. Here she spent time on secondments at telecoms companies including KPNQwest and Swisscom International and at the European Commission in the Public Procurement Directorate.

English, Dutch

Naomi divides her time between the UK and the Netherlands, holding dual UK and Dutch citizenship. With her entrepreneurial streak, she set up a chain of tearooms and patisseries in the Netherlands called Ten to Three Bakery. Naomi is interested in Eastern Philosophy and meditates each day – She has to be careful with the spelling of meditation and mediation!
