Romée Reitsma

Romée specialises in civil litigation at both the national and the international level. Before a case goes to court, and where possible to avoid going to court entirely, she regularly advises on matters of contract law and procedural law, with a focus on distribution, franchising and agency matters.

Gerard Endedijk

Gerard operates a commercial and corporate litigation practice with an international focus. In addition to his broad litigation practice, Gerard’s particular areas of specialisation are domestic and international insurance and liability law, including product and professional liability. His clients include banks, financial institutions, insurers and government authorities. Gerard’s expertise is frequently sought by the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. He is also a lawyer-member of the Dutch Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal.

Olav Heuts

Olav is a lawyer since 1996 and specialized in corporate and commercial litigation. He has decades of experience in shareholder disputes and conflicts about corporate governance, M&A-transaction claims, directors’ liability and shareholder/partnership-exits. Olav is an experienced boardroom advisor and frequently acts as a counsel in (international) arbitrations and corporate mediations.

Friso Serraris

Friso is an experienced litigator. He specializes in professional and directors’ liability, both civil and disciplinary. In addition, Friso deals with (broader) issues in the areas of corporate and business law, procedural law, contract law, insurance law and compliance. Friso regularly publishes in professional journals and provides courses on disciplinary law and liability. Friso began his career at Blaisse in 2009 and joined Lennox Litigation as a partner in early 2024.

Willemijn van den Berg

Willemijn’s broad experience as a litigator in business disputes includes domestic and international commercial matters and matters involving professional liability of accountants, tax lawyers and attorneys. Willemijn is an expert in contract law, procedural law, private international law and liability law (in the broadest sense). Willemijn litigates cases before the civil courts and disciplinary courts.

Maarten Vink

Maarten specialises in contractual disputes, liability cases and insurance law. He draws on his extensive experience as a litigation lawyer to advise and litigate on contracts, professional liability, product liability and other matters. He also frequently assists insurance companies in coverage disputes and recovery proceedings.
