İrem is a Turkish lawyer with a focus on employment law, contracts, and enforcement and bankruptcy law. She provides legal support to private sector clients across various industries, particularly in matters involving contractual structuring, dispute resolution, and compliance with Turkish regulatory frameworks.

She has experience advising companies on data protection compliance, particularly with regard to alignment with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Her work includes reviewing internal policies, managing documentation processes, and assessing legal risks under privacy legislation.

In addition, she is well-versed in intellectual property law, having supported clients with trademark and patent filings as well as legal proceedings involving infringement and protection of IP rights.

Prior to joining Kılıç Çaylı & Partners, she represented major financial institutions and infrastructure firms in enforcement and collection proceedings, and supported companies in both advisory and contentious matters related to commercial and consumer law.
