After graduating in 2020, İrem pursued a master's degree in constitutional law and later started her legal internship in 2022. Upon completing her internship, she embarked on her legal career, gaining experience in both private practice and public institutions.

She has worked in several capacities including as a legal counsel in the energy sector and as an associate at law firms, where she handled various matters related to public procurement, administrative law, and commercial disputes.

Her experience spans both advisory and litigation services, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and public sector consultancy. She is also knowledgeable in sector-specific legal processes, especially in energy, healthcare and Capital Markets.
