Milan, February 25, 2024 - Paolo Comuzzi, Partner of LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory, has been confirmed as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, for the three-year period 2025 - 2027, of Santeria SPA, a company active in the entertainment and organization of cultural events.

Santeria founded in 2010 with the aim of promoting culture, education and free artistic expression in all its forms, creating a space within which culture and art are foundational, and not just accessory, elements of a business that offers quality in food and beverage and a renewed and broader approach to the concept of bar and restaurant. The company operates in its locations in Milan (two locations) and Parma where it organizes cultural events and runs a school of artistic production as well as catering activities, and these historic locations are also joined by Santeria Belmare (which runs a bathhouse in an important Versilia location such as Lido di Camaiore).
