Giuseppe Speziale is a Partner at LawaL and head of the Life Sciences & HealthCare focus area.

A lawyer with over 20 years of experience, he advises Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, nutraceutical and cosmetic companies on compliance and regulatory, IP, corporate transactions and clinical research. An expert in commercial law and Venture Capital, he also supports innovative start-ups on e-commerce and new technology issues.

He has held roles in international law firms and as General Counsel in a leading MedTech company.

A graduate of Bologna, he is a member of the Rome Bar Association and author of articles and speeches on industry issues.
