Career
Massimo Occhiena is Full Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Sassari – Department of Law, and a qualified administrative lawyer admitted to the Bar Association of Turin since 1999.
He carries out academic and teaching activities in Italy and abroad, lecturing in Administrative Law, Administrative Justice, Health Law, Environmental Law, and Construction and Urban Planning Law in university courses, postgraduate schools, and master’s programs.
He has gained significant experience in the institutional sphere, serving on committees responsible for drafting legislation, as well as on collegial bodies and committees at national, regional and local levels, including those of autonomous and public bodies, as well as private organisations. He is President of the Association of Administrative Lawyers of Piedmont.
