Domenico is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor.

He has significant experience in corporate taxation in the banking, industrial, and agri-food sectors, as well as in corporate reorganization operations.

He provides tax advice and assistance and assists clients in their dealings with tax authorities, prepares and finalizes tax rulings and advance agreements, and provides assistance in pre-litigation and litigation matters.

He gained his knowledge both in tax firms and at the Revenue Agency, where he was involved in audits and regulatory interpretation in the field of corporate taxation and corporate reorganization.

As head of the tax department of the largest organization of agricultural entrepreneurs in Italy, he has also gained expertise in the law and taxation of the agro-industrial sector and significant experience in legislative activity and dealing with the public administration.

He has been a lecturer at the Higher School of Economics and Finance and a member of task forces and ministerial commissions. He was part of the working groups for Corporate Income Tax (IRES) reform and the adoption of IAS/IFRS international accounting standards and was a member of the Direct Tax Commission of the ODCEC in Rome, the ISA Experts, and the Companies Forms Committee.

Author of several articles, he has published two monographs on corporate income tax and M&A.
