Alessandro  assists leading industrial companies, investment funds and technology scale-ups in extraordinary transactions and complex litigation, with a specific focus on structured M&A deals, Venture Capital and Private Equity.

He has significant experience in structuring merger and demerger transactions — including non-proportional ones — leveraged buy-outs, unified transactions involving multiple mergers and demergers, issuances of bonds, participatory financial instruments (SFPs), and convertible instruments such as SAFEs.

Alessandro provides regulatory advice in the healthcare sector, with particular attention to medical devices and food supplements.

A technology enthusiast, he regularly advises on blockchain, crypto-assets, smart contracts, fan tokens and NFTs.

He holds a Law degree and a Ph.D. in Domestic and International Arbitration Law from LUISS Guido Carli University, and is admitted to the Bar of Taranto.

As of this year, he serves as a lecturer in the Executive MBA at Tor Vergata University, where he teaches modules on Legal Toolkit in M&A, and he lectures at UniVertis, with a focus on corporate law and extraordinary transactions.
