Ms. Nikita Singh is an accomplished corporate lawyer, holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy (Hons.) from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is an integral part of the Corporate and Commercial Law & Data Protection Team at Dhwaj & Associates.

Her core practice areas encompass General Corporate Advisory, Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC), Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), as well as Privacy & Data Protection.

Ms. Singh has provided strategic counsel to a diverse range of domestic and international clients on matters including corporate and commercial laws, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and the drafting of transaction documents and commercial agreements. She is highly skilled in the incorporation of foreign subsidiaries in India and overseas.
