Nazneen has more than 17 years of experience in the legal profession and heads the Private Equity, M&A and General Corporate practice of the Firm.She specializes in complex commercial transactions involving PE/ VC investments, acquisitions and joint ventures, with a focus on structuring, advisory and documentation for cross-border and domestic transactions.She has considerable knowledge and experience in drafting, vetting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts pertaining to various projects and services across diverse sectors such as e- commerce, fintech, pharma & healthcare, logistics, infrastructure, I.T., media and entertainment, gems and jewellery. 

Nazneen is also an intrinsic part of the Firm’s Private Client practice, with a focus on succession and estate planning structures for NRIs, spanning across various international jurisdictions

She also has expertise in Intellectual Property Rights, data privacy and data protection matters and regularly advises and conducts trainings and awareness sessions on these topics.Nazneen has very recently completed a course on International Corporate Laws & Governance from the London School of Economics, U.K., which has added on to her expertise in handling cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional corporate structures.Nazneen has authored several interesting articles on topics ranging from intellectual property rights, technology and social media to arbitration and dispute resolution, which have been published in India, as well as by a leading international publishing house. She is often quoted in leading national newspapers and digital media on current legal topics and trends.

She is also a member of professional groups such as the International Legal Alliance Network and the International Council of Jurists.
