ANB’s clients range from private equity and venture capital funds and their respective portfolio companies, non-banking financial institutions, multinational companies and other strategic investors to investor networks, privately held companies, family offices and emerging growth companies. The Partners provides assistance in deal structuring, negotiating and implementing M&A transactions. Transactional support of the Firm involves buying-side and selling-side mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, setting-up of funds, joint ventures, restructuring, entry and exit strategy, cross border transactions. The Firm also helps with possible consequences against prospective rewards, to draft sound investment structuring and exit strategies and also analyse the risks associated with those drafted by someone else.
