Rohini is Partner – Investment Funds & Commercial Practice of a decade old full-service international Law Firm ANB Legal.

She has been instrumental in the growth of the Firm since the last decade as a part of the leadership instrumental in multiplying the practice areas and its expansion to diverse cities and countries.

Rohini advises Indian and overseas clients with fund formation and structuring, on the relevant legal, regulatory and tax perspectives.

She also advises clients globally on transactions and their strategies including for fund advisory, structuring/ restructuring corporate restructuring, M&A, joint ventures, private equity and licensing and transfer of technology.

Rohini is an avid speaker at various conferences, panel discussions, corporate meetings and fora/events organized by reputed organizations/associations namely, Women Economic Forum (WEF), Rise Initiative by Barclays, Cochin Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), TiE Kerala, Women Entrepreneurs India (WEI), Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), MaGESpire, and many more. She is also a panelist with various organizations to evaluate entrepreneurial pitches.

Apart from her legal profession, she is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer having cleared various state level dance examinations through Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal. Under the guidance and blessings of her Guruji, she continues to perform both nationally and internationally.
