  • Representing one of the three major stakeholders in a multi-jurisdictional dispute concerning control over Mennica Legacy Tower, an iconic office skyscraper in downtown Warsaw serving as the headquarters of a major Polish bank.
  • Representing a major Polish company in a €10m warranty dispute against a turbine manufacturer.
  • Advising a publicly listed international paper manufacturer on potential international investment law claims worth over €22m, to be raised against one of the European Union members states in connection with changes in its renewable energy support scheme.
