He is a qualified lawyer from Damascus with academic training in both civil and common law systems. Majdi has served as an in-house Legal Counsel in the UAE, where he handled issues related to corporate governance, commercial and civil law, financial regulations, and labor disputes. With a strong background in legal practice, he specializes in litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate law.
