Aldi plays a significant role in executing legal procedures and resolving disputes on behalf of a wide variety of clients, ranging from major corporations to small enterprises and individuals. He has been recognized with numerous awards as one of Indonesia’s leading lawyers, including The Legal 500 Asia Pacific’s Recommended Lawyer 2023 for Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency; HukumOnline’s In-House Counsel Award 2022 as a Recommended Individual Lawyer; International Advisory Experts’ Civil Litigation Law Award 2021; and Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific’s Future Star for Commercial and Transaction 2019.

He earned his Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law at Parahyangan University, majoring in Civil Law, and later obtained his Master of Law degree from Padjadjaran University. In 2010, he was admitted as an advocate by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He also holds a Receiver and Administrator (Kurator dan Pengurus) license issued by the Association of Indonesian Receivers and Administrators (AKPI). Aldi is actively involved in the legal community, serving as a member of the Government Relations Committee and the Education Division Committee at the Indonesian Bar Association (AAI).

One of Aldi’s most notable cases as an administrator was the Postponement of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) case involving Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Alto and PT Wahana Bersama Nusantara in the Central Jakarta District Court. This high-profile case involved over 1,900 creditors and a total debt exceeding Rp 2.7 trillion, where Aldi successfully managed the restructuring process, securing 89% creditor approval.

Aldi has extensive experience in handling major and complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring cases, land and property claims, civil litigation, general corporate matters, and criminal proceedings.
