This is because some members of the ALF team were part of many committees worked on such a reform e.g., the Ministry of Economy committee for the code of conduct (this conduct is binding for all local and foreign companies working in Libya), the Ministry of Economy committee for updating the regulations relating to the establishment of foreign entities in Libya (this regulation set up legal rules for establishing foreign corporate branches, joint venture companies and representative offices for forging companies). As well as this, ALF has worked with governmental bodies to establish and update their internal regulations to make sure they are aligned with best practice and international standards.
