Associate

Miss Daniela Salas has been part of the Corporate and M&A Department at TACTIC Legal Guatemala (formerly A.D. Sosa & Soto) since 2021. She advises national and international clients on mergers, due diligence processes, the sale and acquisition of companies, and complex transactional matters. Her experience spans multiple industries, including logistics, food and beverage, energy, telecommunications, and healthcare.

Her corporate practice focuses on supporting clients throughout diverse commercial transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of franchise and distribution agreements, corporate structuring, corporate governance, and asset restructurings. She also provides tax advisory services and manages licensing and permitting processes before various administrative authorities.

Daniela maintains a client-centered approach, combining technical expertise with strategic analysis to deliver comprehensive and efficient legal solutions in high-value corporate matters and cross-border transactions.

Daniela serves as an adjunct professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where she teaches Tax Law I and Tax Law II at the School of Law.
