Testimonials

‘Whereas most large law firms will typically carry a single FERC specialist, Rock Creek provides a deep bench of specialists in FERC, regional transmission organization (RTO) and independent system operator (ISO) regulation of the power generation industry, including energy markets, administrative proceeding and hydro licensing specialists.’ ‘

Their rates are extremely reasonable relative to the rates of those single practitioners fielded by the large firms. By focusing their work to FERC, they make it easy to utilize them across all transactions, irrespective of which firms or lawyers are utilized on any specific deal.’

‘We are extremely fond of Jessica Friedman, Julia Wood, Vincenzo Franco, Sharon White, Margaret Claybour and Whitney Gallagher! They’re awesome!’
