Vara is a Partner at Saga Legal, New Delhi, with nearly a decade of experience advising Indian and international clients on complex, high-stakes matters. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory authorities, and is known for her courtroom clarity and strategic insight. Her core areas of expertise include digital platform regulation, online content disputes, telecom compliance, data privacy, commercial litigation, and regulatory investigations. Vara’s practice is distinguished by her nuanced understanding of emerging regulatory frameworks and her ability to provide forward-looking legal solutions in rapidly evolving sectors. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a BBA from Amity University, Noida. In 2022, Vara is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
