As a real estate litigator, he achieves successful outcomes by carefully developing focused tactics that prioritize efficiency.

Within his commercial real estate litigation practice, Jonathan has gained extensive experience with eminent domain matters, having represented landowners in various types of takings including commercial, industrial and rural properties.
