Land may be a finite resource, but Jonathan’s enthusiasm for protecting the real property rights of clients is not. From eminent domain to real estate deals gone south, he blends practical advice with zealous advocacy tailored to each client’s individual situation.
Working closely with real estate developers, contractors, executives and businesses ranging from closely held companies to Fortune 500s, Jonathan’s approach to handling real estate disputes is both attentive and purposeful, always aiming to build strategies that take into consideration the client’s desired end result. As a real estate litigator, he achieves successful outcomes by carefully developing focused tactics that prioritize efficiency.

Within his commercial real estate litigation practice, Jonathan has gained extensive experience with eminent domain matters, having represented landowners in various types of takings including commercial, industrial and rural properties.
