Elisson Garé has been partner de GARÉ IP since 2017. He holds a Law degree from FMU - Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in 2010, a specialization in Technology and Innovation: Protection Strategies and Contracts from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2011) and a master's degree (LLM) in “Information and Communication Technology Law” from Oslo University – Norway, completed in 2016.

He has extensive experience in consultancy and highly complex litigation involving trademarks, patents, industrial design, unfair competition, copyright, image rights, trade secrets, technology transfer agreements, among others. After the approval of the Internet Bill of Rights, he has provided lectures on the subject to clients and guests and has started to work in consultancy and litigation on digital law issues, such as privacy, obtaining information through legal action, liability of providers for crimes on the internet, image and industrial property rights in the virtual environment.

Elisson is a member of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communications Law (ABDTIC) and an active participant in intellectual property national and international congress.
