Amatuzzi Advogados is a São Paulo boutique law firm practicing real estate, projects and construction, capital markets and structured finance, special situations and strategic litigation.

We advise investors, fund managers, securitization companies, lenders, developers and corporates on complex real estate and finance transactions, from structuring and financing to the restructuring of distressed assets and credit and the handling of disputes. We have particular depth in projects involving data centers, logistics facilities, build-to-suit (BTS) transactions, securitization and CRI issuances (Brazilian real estate receivables certificates), real estate investment funds (FII), real estate credit and project finance.

What sets us apart is a deep understanding of the industries we work in and of each client's business. We take a multidisciplinary approach and follow the transaction from start to finish, from acquisition and due diligence to the construction contract, the lease and the financing structure, through to a potential strategic exit. The firm runs the InnovationLab, an in-house unit that develops proprietary technology and AI tools for legal practice, such as CTRAX, a platform that tracks contractual obligations after closing, and Dilix, a due diligence tool.
