Dorothy has worked at a number of leading City firms where she gained experience of complex, high value,  High Court commercial disputes including insurance, contract, fraud, misrepresentation, group actions, insolvency, construction, and commercial agency disputes.

Dorothy has broad experience of all forms of ADR and always seeks to achieve the most favourable commercial settlement where it is possible to avoid the significant costs and inherent risk of litigation or other formal dispute resolution process.

She also previously worked in-house in litigation finance, and the financial services industry.
