Raïan is a Commercial Litigation Associate at Wordley Partnership, bringing hands-on experience in complex disputes and a robust international background. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Raïan is adept at navigating cross-border litigation and arbitration cases with a dual foundation in both civil law and common law systems.

Before joining Wordley Partnership, Raïan trained at Signature Litigation, where she worked on high-profile cases, including representing Privinvest in the $2 billion Tuna Bonds litigation involving allegations of international fraud, as well as assisting in defending Renault in the Diesel Emissions Group Litigation. Her experience extends to arbitration, having contributed to significant ICC arbitration and investment arbitration cases during her roles at WilmerHale, Fieldfisher and Deloitte.

Raïan’s academic foundation includes an LLM in Comparative & International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London. She has also co-authored articles on commercial litigation and insurance disputes in the UK and contributed to analyses on Lebanese banking litigation.
