Viclenny Liriano serves as Director of Tourism & Permitting - Lawyer.

Viclenny Liriano has extensive experience focused on the tourism sector. During her professional practice, she has focused on the tourism and environment sector of the Dominican Republic. In the private sector, she has advised important companies in various economic sectors with the management of permits in general, land use, tax exemptions, and environmental evaluation and compliance. Likewise, she has worked in the public sector exercising the right of the Public Administration, in the development of her functions as legal manager and interim deputy director of the Technical Directorate of the Tourism Development Council (CONFOTUR) of the Ministry of Tourism, whose functions consisted in the evaluation of the technical-legal feasibility of tourism projects, guidance and advice for tourism developers, legal consultations on matters arising from the application of Law No. 158-01 and its modifications, as well as the preparation of instruments and regulatory proposals for CONFOTUR.

She has a Law Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra with mention Magna Cum Laude (2017).

In 2019, she completed the Diploma in Sanctioning Administrative Law, taught by the University of Valladolid, Spain. Subsequently, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Public Administration Law and Economic Regulation from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (2020).

Likewise, in 2014 he obtained the Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) diploma in Business Administration and Management from Tompkins Cortland Community College, New York. And she has completed various diplomas and courses in the field of Administrative Law and Effective Management of Family Businesses at TEP-PUCMM, Dominican Republic.
