Patryk Janczewski has over 12 years of professional experience gained in the judiciary, public administration and law firms. For 5 years he was associated with the District Court in Warsaw, where he acquired a thorough knowledge of civil and criminal procedures.
Most recently, he worked as an Expert in the European Law Department of the Ministry of Justice, where he analysed the CJEU jurisprudence and provided opinions on the implementation of EU law into the Polish legal order - with particular emphasis on consumer protection and financial law.
He has been associated with the Sobota Jachira Law Firm since 2023. As a trainee lawyer, he provides legal advice, drafts pleadings, represents clients in court proceedings and supports them in out-of-court negotiations. He specialises in consumer protection law, banking law and civil law - with a particular focus on disputes relating to currency-valorised loans (including CHF).
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He is currently doing his legal training at the District Bar Council in Wrocław and is attending a doctoral seminar at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. She regularly improves her competences by taking part in trainings and conferences on consumer law, court procedures and disputes with financial institutions. She also has experience in public information and team management.
