Anna Maksymczak has been a legal advisor since July 2023, while she has been gaining professional experience since 2018, even before starting her apprenticeship. She worked in renowned law firms, developing competences in comprehensive analysis of legal regulations, assessment of compliance of business entities' actions with regulations and implementation of effective legal mechanisms. Her practice included both strategic consulting and day-to-day legal services, requiring precise interpretation of regulations and attention to procedural aspects. Thanks to such preparation, she effectively aligns the organisation's activities with the applicable regulations, taking into account security standards and legal compliance. She prepared personal data protection documentation for the firm's clients, provided services in the area of e-commerce, IT law and new technologies, as well as procedures related to internal security, adjusting operations to the applicable legislation, and conducted personal data protection training for clients' employees. She conducted internal audits in companies, including RODO audits. She has been working at the Sobota Jachira Law Firm since March 2022, served as IOD here, then had a six-month break in cooperation (from September 2024 to the end of March 2025).
