Magdalena Michoń's professional experience includes more than six years of work in both the private and public sectors. She started her professional path in August 2018 as an assistant to an advocate in a law firm, where, among other things, she was in charge of the law firm's secretariat, managing correspondence with offices and courts, preparing drafts of pleadings and legal opinions, as well as providing financial support for the law firm's cases. In 2021, she completed an internship at the District Court of Szczecin-Prawobrzeże and Zachód in the 4th Criminal Division, where she served as a court secretary. Her duties included taking minutes of hearings and hearings, preparing videotapes, carrying out the judge's orders and maintaining correspondence with participants in the proceedings. From December 2021 to October 2023, she worked as a trainee legal adviser at the Law Office of Legal Advisers Brzeziński Gregorczyk sp.p. in Szczecin. As part of the cooperation, she provided comprehensive legal services to the law firm's clients. Her duties included providing legal advice, drafting procedural and extra-procedural letters, preparing legal opinions and analyses, and representing clients before courts in civil law, including inheritance law, family law and labour law, as well as in commercial law. I joined the Sobota Jachira law firm in January 2024.
