Pawel Rafałowicz specializes in disputes related to franking credit agreements, as well as family and inheritance law. As a mediator, he supports parties in the amicable resolution of family and civil disputes.

He has been associated with the Sobota Jachira law firm since January 2023. Since May 2024, he has served as an internship supervisor, where he supervises the substantive development of young law students.

He gained his professional experience in the District Court and Court of Appeal in Wroclaw, where he worked as an assistant judge, acquiring practical skills in civil, family and commercial proceedings.

He is the author of the monograph entitled. “Inheritance. Axiological Perspective” and more than a dozen scientific articles on civil, private international and medical law.
