Artur Rasala’s professional career at Sobota Jachira Law Firm commenced nearly from its inception. As a law student, he joined a team then composed of two partners and one trainee. Upon graduation, he commenced work at the firm as a trainee attorney and subsequently qualified as a licensed legal advisor.

From the outset of his career, he has specialized in the broad field of consumer protection and individual client services, with particular emphasis on issues relating to Swiss franc-denominated loans and the enforcement of interest-free loan provisions. Leveraging his experience and practical expertise, he has contributed significantly to the firm’s knowledge base in these areas, which culminated in his appointment as team leader. He currently oversees a team entrusted with handling the most complex cases in the domain of consumer protection law.

In addition to his legal practice, he is also involved in implementing strategic projects within the firm. He serves as the project manager for the implementation of artificial intelligence in our operations. In this capacity, he has completed numerous courses to deepen his privately acquired knowledge, including a seven-week course organized by Elephant AI titled "AI (Artificial Intelligence) for Managers" (2024), as well as several training programs enhancing his competencies, such as "Optimization of Legal Work Using Artificial Intelligence – Basic and Advanced Levels" and "Microsoft Copilot for Lawyers – Full Spectrum of Practical Applications" (2025), both organized by Beck Akademia.

Furthermore, he is a graduate of the "Legal English for Polish Lawyers" course (2024) at Saturday School and is proficient in English and German at the C1 level.

He is also developing his managerial skills by participating in training sessions organized by Nowoczesna Kancelaria, including courses on project management methodologies and process mapping.
