Artur Rasala began his professional career at Sobota Jachira Law Firm shortly after its founding. While still a law student, he joined a team that then consisted of two partners and one trainee. Upon graduation, he commenced work at the firm as a legal trainee and subsequently as an attorney at law.

From the outset of his career, he has specialized in the broad field of consumer protection and individual client services, with a particular focus on issues relating to Swiss franc-denominated loans and the enforcement of interest-free loan provisions. Leveraging his experience and practical expertise, he has made significant contributions to the firm’s knowledge base in these areas, which led to his appointment as team leader. He currently oversees a team responsible for handling the most complex consumer protection cases.

In addition to his legal practice, he plays a key role in the implementation of strategic projects within the firm. He serves as the project manager for the integration of artificial intelligence into internal processes. In this role, he has completed numerous courses to expand his previously self-acquired knowledge, including a seven-week course titled "AI (Artificial Intelligence) for Managers" (2024), organized by Elephant AI. He has also participated in training programs to strengthen his legal tech competencies, such as "Optimization of Legal Work Using Artificial Intelligence – Basic and Advanced Levels" and "Microsoft Copilot for Lawyers – Full Spectrum of Practical Applications" (2025), both provided by Beck Akademia.

He is also a graduate of the "Legal English for Polish Lawyers" course (2024) at Saturday School and is proficient in both English and German at C1 level.

To further develop his managerial skills, he takes part in training programs offered by Nowoczesna Kancelaria, including courses on project management methodologies and process mapping.
