Barbara Maria Motta focuses her practice on civil, banking, and commercial litigation, enforcement and insolvency proceedings, and Real Estate.

She assists individuals and companies both in the pre-trial phase, negotiating and drafting contracts, and in the trial phase, managing litigation.
