Associate

Yudhveer is an Indian qualified lawyer specializing in civil, commercial litigation and arbitration. He possesses over four years of work experience and has been registered with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2019.

Upon completing his undergraduate studies, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Delhi High Court, where he conducted legal research and analysis for various judgments, in the field of Arbitration, both domestic and international. During his tenure as a Law Clerk, he has also worked on issues dealing with Criminal Law, Service Law and Labor Law.

Prior to joining MRP Advisory, he has pursed roles such as working as an Associate at VK&S Partners, as a Legal Consultant (International Arbitration) with Triumvir Law and as an Associate with GnS Legal LLP, in New Delhi. During his time as an Associate, he appeared before various judicial forums (including Courts such as the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, Tribunals such as the NCLT and NCLAT and various District Courts) and during his time as a Legal Consultant, he participated in proceedings before certain Ad-Hoc International Arbitral Tribunals.
