Sarthak is an Indian qualified lawyer specializing in arbitration and commercial litigation. He has worked on a variety of matters, including construction arbitration matters, insolvency & bankruptcy matters, Intellectual Property matters, consumer and company law matters.

Before MRP Advisory, Sarthak has worked in boutique Arbitration law firms. He has regularly appeared before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts of New Delhi and has represented clients in both domestic as well as international arbitrations.
