Gunjan is a dual-qualified legal professional, admitted as an Indian
Advocate and a Solicitor in England & Wales. With several years of
professional experience, she has earned accolades and client
appreciation for a diverse range of legal services, including the
handling of complex construction disputes and arbitrations across
various stages before courts and tribunals, providing insightful legal
opinions on claim assessment during pre-dispute resolution stages,
crafting persuasive arguments and representing clients in disputes
and others.

She is proficient in representing clients before courts and national &
international arbitration tribunals, encompassing both ad-hoc and
institutional frameworks, and is also empaneled as an Arbitrator with
various institutions like the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAFA), SAMA,
and Presolv360. She also serves as an external member of the POSH
Committee for various organizations.

Gunjan is also a widely published author, and her publications are
widely followed by arbitration practitioners.

She has been recognized for outstanding contributions, receiving the
“Pioneering Women Leadership Award” from ET Now, CMO Asia, and
the World Women Leadership Congress, showcasing exceptional
leadership and expertise in the legal domain.
