Our dispute resolution partner has substantial trial experience, and the team can boast numerous successes in the Court of First Instance, as well as the Regional Court of Second Instance and the Court of Appeal. In addition, we have extensive experience of using ADR procedures such as mediation to obtain commercial settlements for our clients.
