Nathania Soon
Position
Nathania has a general law practice with a focus on commercial contract law and corporate and regulatory matters. Before joining HBN Law & Tax in 2012, she worked and interned in the judiciary and the financial sector as well as with several law firms in Amsterdam and Curaçao.

Memberships
Nathania was a board member and chair of the Antillean Lawyers Association (with over 450 members in Curaçao) for five years. She has a broad network in Curaçao which benefits her practice and her clients. In addition, Nathania is a part-time lecturer Moot Court of the University of Curaçao.
Education
Nathania obtained her Master’s degree at the University of Amsterdam and a post-graduate degree National and International Contracts at the Grotius Academy. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management & Law.
