Arnout is a litigation lawyer with broad experience in commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration. He did specialistic work in the field of corporate governance, corporate inquiry proceedings, shareholder disputes, directors’ liability and fraud. Arnout worked in various sectors, such as IT, telecommunications, FMCG, transport, healthcare, financial services, real estate and heavy industry.

Arnout studied law at the University of Utrecht and the Université Toulouse Capitole. He obtained a postgraduate degree in Corporate Liability Law at the Grotius Academy.
