Marcha is partner and board member at HBN Law & Tax.

Marcha is an all-round lawyer who advises and litigates in all areas of Constitutional and Administrative Law. Her approach is noted as practical and solution oriented. Her specialist knowledge of Administrative Law, Spatial Planning and Environmental Law allows her to quickly obtain effective results. Marcha’s expertise extends to sustainable energy projects and Aviation Law.

Marcha has been with HBN Law & Tax since 2008 and entered the firm’s partnership in 2018.

Dutch and English

Marcha is a member of the area development committee of Curaçao (‘EOP-committee’) and member of the committee responsible for the new legislation with regard to land development and spatial planning in Curaçao (‘EROC-committee’).

Marcha studied Dutch law at Leiden University, where she graduated with an LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law.

She subsequently completed the Grotius Specialist program in Spatial Planning and Environmental Law.
