About
LK Law LLP is a specialist disputes firm with a strong international focus, acting in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, civil fraud, contentious insolvency and investigations.
The firm: Established in Australia in 2004, LK Law opened its London office in 2012. The firm has a single-minded focus on disputes, acting in high-value and complex litigation and arbitration and coordinating international multidisciplinary teams across multiple jurisdictions. It also acts in independent, corporate, governmental and regulatory investigations and advises clients on dispute risk and corporate governance matters.
The overwhelming majority of the firm’s matters are international, involving jurisdictions across Asia, the UK, Continental Europe, the US, the Middle East and major offshore financial centres. Its lawyers act for corporations, high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, investors and states across sectors including mining, commodities, construction, banking and financial services.
As a lean disputes-only practice with no transactional departments, LK Law is able to act in matters that may present conflicts for larger full-service firms and to scale its teams for substantial disputes.
