Senior Associate

Tom joined Meridian in November 2020, having qualified at an international firm of solicitors. He is a Senior Associate in the Property Disputes team and sits on the committee of the Junior Property Litigation Association (JPLA) in the Midlands.

Tom specialises in both commercial and residential property related disputes including landlord and tenant asset management matters, business tenancy renewals, contractual disputes, partnership disputes, breaches of covenant, possession proceedings, beneficial interest claims and boundary disputes.

He acts for a wide range of businesses and private individuals on litigious and advisory matters. He takes the time to understand his clients’ objectives in order to provide commercially focussed, strategic advice.
