Emma-Louise joined Meridian in May 2018 having qualified in 2013.  She is an Associate Partner in the Disputes team.

Emma-Louise deals with all aspects of contentious probate work including claims relating to the validity of a Will, financial provision pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes between executors and beneficiaries and property disputes arising from a deceased individual’s estate.

Emma-Louise is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and also gives webinars and seminars to anyone who is interested!
