Mark is a Partner and heads up our Disputes team focusing on contentious trust, probate and property matters. 

With more than 30 years of litigation experience, Mark is always looking for ways to add value to his clients and prides himself on achieving the best possible outcome. 

He deals with all areas of contentious trust and probate work, with particular emphasis on resolving disputes between executors, acting as an independent administrator (which he does regularly), bringing professional negligence claims and advising in relation to proprietary estoppel issues. 

Mark is a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and regularly gives talks on current contentious issues.
