I have worked for a long time in the High People's Court of a certain city as the person in charge of case review, responsible for the second instance, retrial, retrial, retrial, case filing and change, as well as the internal evaluation and review of cases issued by the Supreme People's Court for the third level people's courts in the city. I have been practicing law since 2020 and have worked as a senior consultant and practicing lawyer at Shanghai Jintiancheng (Chongqing) Law Firm. Currently, I am a member of the Management Committee and Senior Partner of Shanghai Zhengce (Chongqing) Law Firm.

During my tenure at the High Court, I was responsible for conducting internal evaluations and reviews of the second and retrial cases of the three levels of courts in the city, as well as the Supreme Court's review of the High Court. Every year, I reviewed over a hundred cases, and the evaluation results were included in the assessment of the quality and effectiveness of case handling in all courts in the city, as well as the personal performance evaluation of judges in case handling. In depth research on legal application difficulties such as "whether the contract is naturally terminated if the parties fail to raise objections within the agreed or statutory objection period" and "whether the spouse bears joint and several liability for the contractual debts incurred by one party during the existence of the marital relationship", forming a research report to provide strong intellectual support for the drafting of judicial interpretations by the Supreme Court; Published the book "Practice and Reflection on the Mechanism Reform of Case Quality Management in the Context of the New Era: Taking the Analysis and Management Mechanism of Cases Returned for Re trial as an Example" in the Supreme People's Court, and won the second prize in the essay competition of the Trial Management Theory Professional Committee of the Chinese Law Society; Write a special analysis on the rate of retrial of first instance judgments in Chongqing courts, and win the bid for the major research project of the second Judicial Big Data Special Collaboration of the Supreme People's Court.

During my work as a lawyer, I have long been interested in major dispute cases, research on execution theory and judicial practice, and have a deep understanding of how to solve major disputes. While focusing on professional advantages, I am also good at coordinating and mobilizing resources from all parties to form a joint force, resolve major dispute cases, and strive for the maximum benefits for clients. Since entering the industry, I have represented or led multiple major and complex cases, receiving high recognition from clients. I have participated in and am currently involved in the research and analysis of multiple major dispute litigation cases such as gambling agreements, equity disputes, and cooperative real estate development.
